Important Information ;
1. Citizens need
not go to Public Service Centres / Offices. They can avail e-Services online.
2. Certificate / licence will be sent to online applicant through (i) Download link
in SMS, (ii) Attachment in Email,
(iii) DigiLocker, and (iv) SevicePlus Inbox.
3. Verification
of certificate (Residence, Caste, Income, EWS & State NCL) done through portal is
subject to final verification of the same by issuing authority.

Standard Operating Procedure ;
Please
follow the Standard Operating Procedure
1. Recommended
computer configuration for Public Service Centres: Processor - i3 or above, RAM
- 4GB or above, OS - Windows 10 64-bit.
2. Recommended
Network / Internet Speed: At least 2
Mbps dedicated for every user.
3. DNS entry in Public Service Centre
computer on BSWAN network :
Preferred DNS server - 10.76.5.31 ; Alternate DNS server - 10.76.5.32
4. Use latest Mozilla Firefox Browser and allow
"Pop-up blocker" for all sites. Clean the History of Browser every day before use.
5. Webcam and DSC drivers must be installed (Responsibility: Local IT Manager and
IT Assistant).
6. DSC Registration in ServicePlus should
be done as per Installation Manual provided on Portal (Responsibility: Local IT Manager and IT Assistant).
7. Installation of Offline ServicePlus
should be done as per Installation Manual provided on Portal (Responsibility:
Local IT Manager and IT Assistant).
8. Open
ServicePlus Application in only one Browser / Tab and Log-out immediately after
use.
9. For auto conversion of Name (English) to नाम (हिंदी) in Application Form, press [Space] button after typing every words of Name in English. For example, type “Mohammad [Space] Ali [Space]” for its auto conversion to " मोहम्मद अली ".
10. Use latest "Adobe Acrobat Reader" to read / print downloaded Acknowledgement / Certificate.
11. Data Sync from
Offline to Online and vice-versa should be done during off-peak hours. It
should not be done during peak hours. Also, Data Sync should be done once in a
day after completion of all application receiving.
12. While doing
Approval / Certificate Delivery, CO / EA should use filter on Verification (कर्मचारी का अनुमोदन).
This will ensure issue of certificates for the applications verified by
Karmchari.
13. DSC Dongle
should be available for signing of Certificate. DSC signing should be done
during off-peak hours also for faster disposal of applications and to clear the
pendency.
14. Run Windows
and Anti-virus updates in Client Computer when ServicePlus is not being used.
15. Technical Support Protocol as mentioned
on Portal should be followed.

Frequently Asked Questions ;
How to avail
online RTPS Services ?
1. Citizens
need not go to Public Service Centre. They can avail the services of RTPS Act online.
2. Click on the
desired service of respective Service Provider Department under "RTPS Services" on left side of
Homepage.
3. An
Application Form will appear, fill it carefully, attach a scanned copy of passport-size photo (< 300 KB) or
use webcam to capture photo and then [Submit]. You can also save [Draft] for
modification later on, if any, and finally [Submit].
4(a). If Aadhaar
number provided in the Form, Aadhaar authentication will be done via OTP sent
on the Aadhaar registered Mobile
number.
4(b). If Aadhar number not provided, you need to
upload any one of the 12 identity
proofs recognized by Election Commission of India.
5. View the filled information carefully. [Edit] any
incorrect information and then [Submit]. Click on [Attach Annexure] to upload
required document(s) and then [Submit].
6. After successful submission of application, you
should download / print Acknowledgment and keep it safe for future use. Wait
for the issuance of Certificate and do not apply again.
7. After
issuance of Certificate / Sanction Letter, it will be sent to you through (i)
Download link through SMS on Mobile Number, (ii) Email Id, (iii) DigiLocker, and (iv) SevicePlus Inbox. You can get your
Certificate / Sanction Letter through from any of these methods.
8. The status of
the service will be sent to you through SMS and Email from time to time. For
this you should provide valid Mobile No. and Email-Id while filling the
Application Form.

Note:- 1. Optionally, you can apply for online
e-Services after login with your User-Id
and Password or Mobile No. and OTP.
For this, you should "Register
Yourself". If you have already registered yourself, then it is not
required again. For this, a working Email-Id
and / or Mobile No. will be required. The facility of ServicePlus Inbox will be
available after “Register Yourself”.
2. You can also apply through Executive Assistant at
respective Public Service Centre at Panchayat, Block cum Circle, Sub-division, Division, District,
Department etc level.

How
to track my application status online ?
1. Click on the
option "Citizen Section"
-> "Track Application Status"
available on Homepage.
2. "Track
Application Status" form will appear.
3. Select
suitable options, enter Application Reference
Number and Date, and then [Submit].
The status will be displayed.
